To assist with the U.S. Department of Justice’s ongoing monitoring of the CMS survey at Parkland, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has requested certain documents, as well as asked us to preserve certain documents and information related to the survey and our care of psychiatric patients. Parkland intends to fully cooperate. A number of you may also be asked to preserve documents. The specific instructions regarding our document retention obligations are attached. Please review the attached material carefully and follow the instructions should you have any of the material. We will continue to keep you informed throughout this process.
