Monday-Friday – 7
a.m. to 5 p.m.
Appointments can be made by calling 214.590.5582. During office hours, you will be prompted to make a selection based on your need for a medication refill, appointment scheduling or you may request to speak with personnel. Medication and supply refills are to be made 72 hours in advance.
Clinic visits are designed to monitor the effects
of treatment and help you avoid associated complications. Often laboratory,
clinic and treatment visits are scheduled on the same day, which may
cause delays. We are always looking for ways to improve our care and
reduce unnecessary waits for our patients. If you are running more
than 30 minutes late, please call 214.590.5582 to alert the nurse.
Cancellations can be made by calling 214.590.5582 to reschedule. It is important
that you let your care provider know if you are not able to keep your
visit, especially for patients on active treatments.
No Show Procedure is when patients do not call to cancel and do not show up. Cancer treatments
can be very time sensitive and unnecessary delays in treatment can
interfere with your recovery. While it is the patients/families responsibility
to let us know when there is an unexpected interruption in care, we
will attempt to make contact up to three times after a no show procedure.
While we are concerned, after the third attempt without patient/family
response, with regret, we will assume that a choice has been made to
discontinue care and we will no longer continue our outreach efforts.
It is important that you provide us with good contact information for
making a connection when needed. If information changes during your
course of care, please be sure to let us know.
