This stellar statistic garners much attention. So it's not surprising that Parkland is one of the safest places to have your baby. In fact, with our thorough care for expecting mothers and our advanced delivery facilities, your baby is in the best hands possible.

With our experience caring for extreme cases, we can also handle ordinary pregnancies with ease. For normal deliveries, our certified nurse midwives are expert at delivering babies. They will be there to guide you, to answer your questions, and to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. For example, you can choose to have labor, delivery, and recovery all in the same room; your baby can stay in the room with you, or you can rest while we watch your baby in the nursery.
