Parking Garage and surface lot parking at the Parkland Memorial Hospital costs $5. Surface parking at the Simmons Ambulatory Surgery Center costs $4 for patients and visitors. Discounted parking for In-Out anytime is $28 for the first week, $18 for each week thereafter. Passes are available from the Parkland Police Department, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will need to show your driver’s license, write down your license plate number and make/model of your vehicle (even if it is a rental).
