For more than 16 years, Parkland Health & Hospital System has continuously offered programs that encourage and expose young people, throughout Dallas County, to health care careers.

Each program is designed for students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to gain ‘hands-on’ experience, and/or, never considered career options within the health care field.
