How do you know the health care you received was good? Quality measures were created as a way to measure patient safety and the outcomes of medical care. The Parkland Code of Conduct and Ethics outlines the standards by which we will carry out our daily work activities at Parkland.
Parkland’s notice of privacy practices describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information.
Parkland’s fiscal year ends September 30. The budgets and tax rates are approved by the Dallas County Commissioners Court for the following fiscal year to begin each October 1. Financial statements are subject to review by an audit firm.
The tax rates are applied to the taxable valuations as determined by the Dallas Central Appraisal District as of December 31 of the previous year. Note that these calculations do not represent the District’s proposed or approved tax rates for the coming year.
