Parkland Today is a 4-page quarterly newsletter distributed to 6,500 UT Southwestern faculty physicians, Dallas County opinion leaders, decision makers, philanthropists and town physicians, as well as selected politicians and national health-care leaders. This publication helps inform influential audiences of the hospital's progress as well as serves as a year-long promotional tool. Parkland Today is also used to recruit faculty physician and physician residents. Parkland Today's content includes information about medical programs and procedures and issues specific to Parkland and the hospital industry.
