Follow these tips to take care of yourself.
Diet: Control how much you eat. Do not drink too many sodas or eat foods with high fats, salt and sugar like fast food and fried foods.
Exercise: 30-60 minutes of exercise a day can help you keep a healthy weight, lower stress, and improve your mood.
Stopping bad habits: Do not smoke or use tobacco products. Drink less alcohol. Do not skip your doctor visits. Go to all of your appointments and take all medicines are prescribed by your doctor to be in the best health possible.
