Parkland Community Health Plan is a managed care organization that participates with the Texas Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Texas Health and Human Services determines whether or not an applicant qualifies for Medicaid or CHIP.

Our plan members can seek care at more than 4,000 area healthcare providers, including more than 30 hospitals and medical centers. Our service area covers Dallas, Collin, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall counties.
